28Cr3SiNiMoWVA steel possesses excellent mechanical properties,it is mainly used in such fields as aviation,navigation,and space flight.In the meantime,there exist some difficulties in machining.On the basis of analysis of the 28Cr3SiNiMoWVA steel machining difficulties,various concrete measures to manufacture it are put forward in this paper,which can meet the demand of low stress and non-burn grinding.28Cr3SiNiMoWVA钢具有优良的机械性能,主要应用于航空、航海和宇航等领域.机械性能虽然良好,但都给机械加工带来了一定的困难.为此在对28Cr3SiNiMoWVA钢加工难点的分析基础上,提出了加工该材料时的各种具体措施,以达到该材料的低应力、无烧伤磨削的要求.
