介绍了一种可用于高速、实时地测量运动物体位移的CCD激光位移传感器测量系统。该传感测量系统由位移激光探头、控制器、直流电源以及装有驱动软件的计算机组成。在缸套一活塞环试验台上模拟缸套一活塞环间的润滑油膜情况,并利用该实验装置实现基于激光位移传感的缸套一活塞环油膜厚度的测量。期待为缸套一活塞环配副润滑特性提供一种定量评价的方法。 A new Charge Coupled Device(CCD) laser measure the displacement of high-speed moving objects displacement sensor based measurement system was established to in a real-time manner. The sensor system is composed of displace-ment laser probe, controller, direct-current source and computer equipped with driver software. To validate the new system, oil film thickness variation of a cylinder-piston ring is simulated in an experimental tester. The changes of oil film thickness can be detected using the new sensor system. The measurement results demonstrate that the new sensor system can provide quantitative evaluation for the cylinder liner-piston ring lubricating property.
