以直动尖顶推杆盘形凸轮机构建模为例,在CATIA中以知识工程为基础,对盘形凸轮轮廓曲线的参数化设计进行研究,创建凸轮机构的虚拟样机,并通过运动仿真分析推杆的实际运动规律,验证了凸轮轮廓形状的准确性,为凸轮机构设计和工程分析提供了精确建模方法。 Traditional ways of design for cam mechanisms, featured by graphic method, tend to suffer from the drawbacks such as low efficieney, poor precision, long development cycle and high cost for the prototypes. Based on the "inversed mechanisms" principle, taking the "knowledge engineering" as the method and using CAD software as the tool, the parametrie design of the plate-earn profile is carried out by the analytical modeling in the CATIA. A virtual prototype of a plate-earn mechanism is ereated and simulated, and the eorreetness of the method is validated through analyzing the simulation result, which provides an effective method for the efficient design and aeeurate analysis of earn mechanisms.
