柔性机构具有免装配、无摩擦、免润滑的优点,可实现微米级甚至纳米级的高精度,因此设计一种用于压电精密驱动的柔性机构具有重要意义。对柔性梁和柔性铰链的尺寸进行了理论设计,通过柔性机构的伪刚体模型分析了影响柔性机构输出特性的主要因素,利用有限元软件分析了不同受力状态下柔性机构的输出特性。 Compliant mechanisms have such merits as no assembly,being gapless,no lubrication and easily achieving an accuracy of micron and even nanometer order.Thus,it is significant to study a compliant mechanism used for piezoelectric precision driving.Firstly,the sizes of the compliant girder and the flexure hinge was theoretically designed.Then main factors with influence on the output characteristics were presented based on the pseudo-rigid-body model of the compliant mechanism.Finally,the output characteristics were analyzed with different forced states through finite element analysis software.
