考虑离心力和温度的耦合影响,对某微型涡喷发动机整体式压气机进行强度分析,得到导风轮不同开孔厚度的压气机应力分布,优选压气机的设计方案。基于有限元方法,对该方案的压气机进行振动分析,得到压气机整体共振图,判断该压气机设计的合理性。

The influence of centrifugal force and temperature should be considered when the strength of the whole compressor of a micro-gas turbine engine is calculated. And then the stress distribution of compressor with different holing thickness in impeller is a- chieved. Further, the good design is selected. Based on FEA, the vibration analysis of the selected compressor is developed and the resonance figure is gotten, in order to verify the rationality of design.
