结合Pro/E与ANSYS Workbench各自的特点,针对锥齿轮三维造型构造时其齿廓曲线的特殊性,介绍了基于Pro/E的锥齿轮的参数化建模方法,通过ANSYS Workbench对锥齿轮进行静力分析和模态分析,介绍了整个联合运用的分析流程,结果表明在机械零部件结构设计过程中该方法是行之有效的。

Combined with Pro/E and ANSYS Workbench. in view of the special characteristics of bevel gear＇s tooth＂ profile curve in the three-dimensional modelling, this paper introduces the parametric modeling method for bevel gear by 3D software Pro/E. The whole analysis process including static analysis and modal analysis is described. The results show the method is effective in the structure design of mechanical parts.
