Abstract :This paper analyses the mechanism in the lubrication technology of the practical steel worm--gearing of high performance. Through test the influence of the lubrication technology on its transmission function is studied. This is the key technology to realize its high performance transimssion.The reliable basis is provided for spreading and applying the steel worm--gearing.分析了实用型高性能钢蜗杆副润滑技术机理,进行了润滑剂对钢蜗杆传动性能影响的试验研究。结果表明,润滑技术是实现实用型高性能钢蜗杆副传动的关键技术,为钢蜗轮传动的推广与应用提供了依据。
