The limit load of pipes with double external pits under internal pressure by the finite element analysis codes ABAQUS was obtained. The change of the limit load of double pits at different relative depth was discussed when pits locating along axial and circumferential arrangement respectively. The results show that depth of the pits is the primary factor affecting the limit load, arrangement of pits locations is the secondary factor. Finally, all the computational models were analyzed and assessed with the processing method of multiple pit defects in BS 7910--2005, ASME B31G--2009, API 579--2007 and GB/T 19624--2004.通过有限元软件ABAQUS计算了内压作用下含双外凹坑压力管道的极限载荷,讨论了在不同深度作用下,两个凹坑沿轴向和环向排列时的极限载荷变化,并认为凹坑的深度为影响极限载荷的主要因素,凹坑沿轴向、环向排列为次要因素。最后对所计算模型,分别应用BS7910-2005,ASMEB31C-2009,API579―1ASMEFFS-1-2007与GB/T19624-2004等标准对多凹坑处理方法进行分析。
