The lubrication mechanism of sliding body of rolling-sliding compound bearings was studied,and the differences of lubrication mechanism between rolling-sliding compound bearings and traditional sliding bearings were analyzed. It was verified that the sliding body of rolling-sliding compound bearings could form oil film through the derivation of mathematical formulas and the calculation of an example. The approximate calculation formula of oil film thickness was derived. This research provides a theoretical basis for the further study of rolling-sliding bearings.研究滚滑轴承滑块的润滑机制，分析滚滑轴承与传统滚滑轴承润滑机制的区别。通过数学推导和实例计算验证了滚滑轴承能够形成油膜，并且推导出油膜厚度的近似计算公式，为滚滑轴承的进一步研究提供了理论依据。
