简要叙述了标准灵敏度分析方法的缺陷。基于区间分析理论,提出机械零件振动可靠性灵敏度分析的区间方法:将设计中的设计参数看做区间变量,基于区间模型提出了机械零件振动可靠性绝对区间灵敏度和相对区间灵敏度的概念,来确定各设计参数对可靠性指标的影响程度。通过工程实例的计算表明所提方法的合理性、简便性和有效性,为机械零件抗振性设计提供了理论依据。 The limitations of the standard sensitivity analysis method was introduced.The uncertain parameters of vibration reliability sensitivity analysis for mechanical components were analyzed and described as interval variables.To analyze the different effect of interval variables on vibration reliability index,the concepts of absolute interval sensitivity and relative interval sensitivity of vibration reliability sensitivity analysis for mechanical components were put forward.Numerical examples were used to illustrate feasibility,effectiveness and convenience of the method.The proposed method provides convenience for vibration resistance design of mechanical components.
